Asentria Ships Family of TeleBoss and SiteBoss Products

Next generation products for service provider remote equipment sites, and telecom management products for voice and data infrastructure located in remote customer premises.

SEATTLE – March 3, 2008 – Asentria, a leading provider of remote site monitoring and telemanagement solutions, today announced the availability of the SiteBoss family of remote site controllers, and the TeleBoss family of telecom site controllers. The new products address the monitoring, access and management challenges presented by remote voice and data equipment, connectivity, security and environmental factors that can adversely affect customer service.

TeleBoss

TeleBoss products available today include the T850, T830 and T810. These products provide powerful, flexible, secure and cost-effective choices for PBX vendors, call accounting service bureaus, managed service providers and enterprise managers who need to securely monitor, access, control and collect data from voice and data infrastructure located within remote customer premises.

“With today’s complex mix of legacy and IP-based systems, managing remote voice and data equipment is an increasing challenge,” says Tim Stoner, founder and CEO of Asentria. “Companies that provide managed services to corporate customers must be able to monitor remote factors that can have an affect on uptime, and correct situations proactively before a failure occurs. Additionally, corporate customers need to control and simplify secure access to third-party service providers.”

SiteBoss

SiteBoss product availability includes the S570, S550, S530 and S410. These new products provide a range of low-end to high-end monitoring hardware devices that are deployed at remote equipment sites where monitoring, maintenance and management from a central operations center is required. SiteBoss controllers are scalable and economical, easy to set up and use, and provide a variety of secure options for in-band and out-of-band remote access. SiteBoss offers a powerful set of versatile and intelligent monitoring and control features that enable users to immediately detect and react to potential threats at remote equipment sites to increase reliability and prevent downtime.

“With telecommunications services becoming more complex and diverse, reliability issues directly affect customer service,” says Mr. Stoner. “Companies that provide telecom services must be able to monitor their remote equipment and environmental factors that affect service uptime, and be able to correct problems proactively, eliminating any potential failure. Remote site monitoring and management products must also be designed to reduce complexity by eliminating multiple costly management devices.” Below is a brief summary list of SiteBoss and TeleBoss product family capabilities:
