Asentria EventSensor ES-8 is capable of monitoring power from 0-75VDC. This allows you to monitor power levels from batteries, and helps you insure that power isn't lost to critical systems. But what do you do if you need to monitor AC power?
Asentria has just come out with a new AC Sensor Adapter that, when combined with ES-8 analog sensor, allows your SL10, SL61, SL81 or DL150 to remotely monitor AC power as well as DC. The AC Sensor Adapter converts AC line voltage to DC voltage that is readable by the ES-8 voltage sensor. You can monitor voltages up to 145VAC (U.S., Japan) and 260VAC (U.K., Europe). You can configure your Asentria unit to interpret and report the levels as AC power. This allows you monitor AC power as well as DC, through the same unit.
If you are interested in voltage monitoring, you can read more about EventSensor ES-8 here. If you have any questions about the AC Sensor Adapter, feel free to contact us.
