PowerBoss PB-R30

The Asentria PowerBoss PB-R30 provides DC power control for cabinet devices allowing current handling capability of up to 30 Amps for load voltages of up to 60 VDC. The PB-R30 has no mechanical contacts, so the number of relay switching cycles is significantly higher than that of a typical mechanical relay.

PowerBoss PB-2

The Asentria PowerBoss PB2 PowerBoss™ 2 or PB2 is a power distribution peripheral that complements any host Asentria SiteBoss product with an EventSensor Type 2 (SensorJack) interface. The PB2 provides the means for bringing in 120Amps of 48VDC and distributing this power to nine 10A switched power outputs to control power to the devices connected to these outputs.

PDU devices allow for the remote reboot of DC powered equipment, preventing a “truck roll” to reboot equipment. They might also be used as part of energy reduction programs at cell sites, in particular for extending battery life through load-shedding in situations where it is known that you’ve lost primary AC power.
