Product Overview

There are many legacy devices that directly impact the health of your network, but you can't monitor them because they are not on your network. No problem. If it is electronic, you can monitor it.

EventSensor ES-8 is a modular, inexpensive device that employs eight voltage sensors to monitor batteries, backup power and other electronic equipment. With the AC Sensor adapter, the ES-8 can also monitor AC power from a wall transformer or other AC power source. It complements the SNMP-Link Model SL81.

Feature Details:

Early Warning Early Warning of Equipment Failure

  • Don't wait for a power failure to provide the clue that your backup UPS (or other critical equipment) just failed.

  • Asentria EventSensor modules warn you before your facility is severely disrupted by a power problem.

  • Protect your local or remote servers, phone systems and critical data from power disruptions.

  • Employ multiple sensors so you will know whether a power failure occurred in the power source, or in a piece of equipment. You can quickly send the right technician to the site.

  • Monitor DC or AC power when used with the AC Sensor Adaptor.

Modular System A Modular System

  • EventSensor modules enhance the monitoring capabilities of the SNMP-Link Model SL81, which monitor the EventSensor modules and transmit alarm messages to your NMS.

  • The SL81 can power up to 16 EventSensor modules that connect in daisy chains. Click here to see a diagram .
