“What Asentria offered us was the ability to keep the infrastructure we already had in place for our customer. All we had to do was slot it in the right place and we were able to monitor the entire network within a matter of minutes.”
Martin Cooper, president of Transcom

TeleBoss 810 Pollable Call Record Buffer

Feature Details
  • Serial Data Collection -The TeleBoss 810 can collect serial data from devices such as PBX CDR ports, alarm ports, ACD ports, etc. Data is stored in non-volatile flash memory for later release using your choice of a variety of polling methods

  • 512K to 4mb Storage Capacity   - The TeleBoss 810 provides data storage memory of up to 153600 call records.  Using a compression algorithm optimized for PBX CDR records, the TeleBoss 810 can compress internal data up to 3:1. Thus a T810 with 1mb of storage memory can store up to 3mb of actual call records.

  • FTP Push/Pull - One of the easiest ways to collect data is to setup an automatic FTP push of data very 30 minutes or so.  The data is automatically pushed to your designated FTP server without requiring setting up a centralized polling system.  If you already have a scheduled polling system setup, you can set it to FTP pull the data from the TeleBoss 810.

  • Real-Time Socket Polling - The T810 allows you to poll stored data by opening a TCP/IP socket  to a specific port on the T810.  Data will release until the buffered memory is empty and then the socket will disconnect.  Because TCP/IP contains error correction this provides a foolproof method of reliable data transfer without polling protocols.

  • Real-Time Clock for Record Stamping - The T810 real-time clock provides the ability to time stamp incoming CDR records so that you have verification of when records were really generated.

  • Optional 56K Dialup Modem - The T810 does support an optional internal dialup modem, allowing modem polling using legacy polling protocols.  This ensures compatibility with older systems and for LAN networks that do not have access to the Internet.

  • Use Setting Keys as a configuration template - All settings of the T810 can be uploaded/downloaded as a text settings file which is then user editable and re-uploadable.  If you have standard configurations for your application, using a setting key file makes setup easy and certain.

  • OmniDiscover makes configuration easy! - Just plug the T810 in the network and then run the OmniDiscover application on your local computer.  OmniDiscover finds the T810 on the network and lets you assign its IP address, then lets you directly access the T810 user interface for setup and programming, making setup a snap!
