The TeleBoss™ 850 is a powerful remote device management system which can collect and forward text records such as those used by Call Accounting and Telemangement billing applications. These records are collected by the T850 from PBX serial ports, and in some cases directly over a TCP/IP connection. The T850 can also make a pass-through connection directly to devices connected on one of its serial ports, and can also connect you via web or telnet to other devices on the same remote network as the T850.

The DL150 introduces IP Record Collection™ (IPRC) to the call accounting industry. This unique data buffer queries IP-based PBXs for CDR/SMDR via a network connection, rather than passively collecting call data from an RS-232 connection. IPRC provides particular benefits to service bureaus and call accounting software developers, who manage CDR data collection from both RS-232-based PBXs, and IP-based PBXs without custom programming.
