Asentria is a global leader in remote site monitoring and control systems for wireless infrastructure. Our solutions help manage and optimize passive infrastructure (power, batteries, generators, HVAC, environmental sensors, and more) at cell sites, reducing maintenance costs, preventing outages, and improving operational efficiency. We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team and support our executive leadership in achieving strategic goals.
Purpose of the Job:
To provide high-level administrative support to executive leadership, enabling them to focus on strategic priorities by managing day-to-day operational and administrative tasks efficiently and effectively.
Thus, for the position of Executive Assistant, the employee will perform the following duties:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and events across the leadership team.
- Handle email correspondence, prioritizing messages and responding on behalf of executives when appropriate.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, such as booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for executive team members.
- Draft, edit, and prepare documents, reports, or presentations as requested by leadership.
- Conduct research using online resources or internal tools to support executive projects, decisions, or initiatives.
- Perform data entry, maintain organized records, and manage filing systems for easy access.
- Monitor business communications and workflows to identify action items requiring attention from team members.
- Record and track action items in Odoo Project or another designated system, ensuring timely follow-up and completion.
- Proactively identify potential issues, opportunities, or forgotten tasks and bring them to the attention of the appropriate executive.
- Serve as a reliable point of contact between executives, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
- Remain available during standard working hours to provide prompt assistance to leadership as needed.
- Take initiative to handle delegated tasks on behalf of executives, reporting back with updates or results.
- Assist with personal (non-business) matters for executives when requested, such as scheduling personal appointments, tracking tasks, or arranging personal travel, to help them maintain focus on business priorities.
- Perform any additional administrative tasks or duties as assigned by executive leadership.

Required Skills and Experience:

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- A high degree of professionalism and discretion.
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities and manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
