Call Accounting

The TeleBoss 820 is a low-cost CDR/SMDR data collection device targeted specifically toward call accounting software vendors, service bureaus, and end users who need to collect PBX data from equipment at remote sites. The T820 collects call accounting records on its serial input port. Once stored in the T820’s non-volatile memory, data can be delivered via FTP or modem to a call accounting application. The T820 delivers superior value at a low cost.
